Karli McQueen is, by birthright, English; by citizenship, both. She is, by long habit, on a telephone — and (curiously) often in motion. The firm she founded in 2016 operates from five offices and, mostly, a single drawing room.

She started her first business in her early twenties — an importer of European motor cars to the United Kingdom. A tea company followed in the United States. Then a real-estate practice. Then this. The cumulative effect is a temperament suited to small rooms and long conversations.

She is involved with Save Our Youth, The Semper Fi Fund, Empowerment International, and Project CURE — for reasons that ought to be self-evident.
